SALT de SUGAR 接受 PayPal 付款. PayPal 是一個安全及流通世界各地的網上付款平台,經免費注冊設立帳戶後, 便可通過 PayPal 餘額或信用咭付款, 詳情請參閱 PayPal 官方網頁:www.paypal.com.

SALT de SUGAR 現時不接受以支票、money orders、現金、貨到即付或其他未有列明的付款方式。所有交易以港幣為單位。

SALT de SUGAR 收到購貨單後,便會給顧客發出有關付款的詳細電郵。

SALT de SUGAR accepts PayPal for purchase payments. PayPal is a safe and internationalized online payment platform. Once after signing up for a free account, ones can pay through PayPal balance or credit card. Please find more details via www.paypal.com

We currently DO NOT accept cheque, money orders, cash, pay at delivery or any other payment methods that are not stated here. All transactions are in HKD.

After we receive a purchase order, we will send customer email confirmation on the payment details.




----購物條款 TERMS & CONDITIONS----

顧客在SALT de SUGAR 網頁發出購貨單,要求我們處理,即表示顧客確認及聲明經已閱讀、理解並同意發出購貨單時所列示的條款及條件。如與任何其他宣稱具有合約效力的文件有任何不符之處,一概以本條款及條件為準。

顧客須同意依照SALT de SUGAR 在本網頁列明的要求辦理訂購手續,並須向SALT de SUGAR 提供完整及有效的資料,包括(但不限於)法定姓名、住宅地址及聯絡電話。SALT de SUGAR 將盡一切努力完成任何一份購貨單,但倘若由於任何理由拒絕完成任何一份購貨單,或由於貨品出現無法預見的變更(視乎情況而定),或貨品短缺而無法按照購貨單資料供應貨品,SALT de SUGAR 毋須就此向任何人承擔任何責任。

SALT de SUGAR 保留一切供貨權利,在審查就任何購貨單所獲提供的付款資料後,並有權拒絕接納任何購貨單。

Please note that an acknowledgment to the terms and conditions will be automatically generated for all purchase orders placed through SALT de SUGAR homepage. Customer further confirms and declares that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions as stated in the purchase order. In the event of disputes, the terms and conditions in this document prevails.

Customer agrees to follow the instruction to provide the completed and valid details including, but not limited to, legal name, residential address and contact number. SALT de SUGAR will make our best efforts to fulfill the purchase order. However, purchase orders may be cancelled due to customer's failure to authorize payment, insufficient inventory, suspicion of fraudulent activity or any other suspicious reasons, as SALT de SUGAR sees fit.



----送貨細則 DELIVERY TERMS----

SALT de SUGAR 會根據顧客所提供的地址送貨,如因資料有誤而未能送貨,SALT de SUGAR 概不負責。

SALT de SUGAR 會在收到購貨單後七個工作日內安排送貨。如送貨時顧客不在,或因其他原因未能將貨品交給顧客,SALT de SUGAR 會通知顧客前往其辦事處取回貨品。顧客必須於收到通知後一個月之內到SALT de SUGAR 取貨,否則該購貨單會自動取消,而顧客所繳付之所有費用將不予退還。

SALT de SUGAR 將在合理的範圍內盡力將貨品按送貨地址(由顧客在訂購表格上指明)送貨;若因郵遞失誤, 令送貨有任何延誤、貨品有任何損失,無論導致此等延誤及損失的原因是否在控制範圍內,SALT de SUGAR 一概毋須承擔任何責任。

煩請顧客盡量填寫有人在場接收的送貨地址。 送貨地址如有任何變更,顧客須電郵通知SALT de SUGAR ,待SALT de SUGAR 作出回覆及確認後,該項更改方為有效。

SALT de SUGAR 會以掛號郵包形式寄出商品, 郵費因地區而定。顧客訂貨時, 可於購物車頁面查詢不同地區的郵費, 而費用會在訂單中一併計算. 若顧客需要特快專遞, 可在發出訂單前寄電郵至 info@saltdesugar.com 向 SALT de SUGAR 提出, SALT de SUGAR 會因應情況盡量配合, 但保留權利拒絕。額外郵費將由顧客自行承擔。

All products will be processed and delivered to the address as stated on the purchase order. All purchase orders will be processed within 7 working days. In the event when the product fails to be delivered, SALT de SUGAR will contact the customer to arrange for self pick up. After informed, the customer must contact SALT de SUGAR within 1 month period for self pick up arrangement. Otherwise, the purchase order will be cancelled and payment made will not be refunded.

SALT de SUGAR will try our best efforts to fulfill the delivery request as stated on the purchase order (to be completed by the customer). SALT de SUGAR is not responsible for wrong information provided by customer or any lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

Customer is also kindly reminded to provide valid address and ensure recipient on site on the day of where the delivery is made. In case there is any change in address, customer should inform SALT de SUGAR via email. Change is only valid upon the reply from SALT de SUGAR.

All orders will be sent via registered mail format. Shipping fees vary across regions. Customer can check out the fee for the corresponding region in the "Cart" page while ordering. The shipping fee will be added into the total of the purchase order. If customer prefers express delivery for an order, please send an email to info@saltdesugar.com for the request before confirming the order. SALT de SUGAR will do our best to accommodate, but reserves the right to decline. Extra shipping charge required will be borne by customer.



----退貨細則 RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY----

SALT de SUGAR 將盡最大努力以確保準確地依照購貨單要求的貨品送貨,如證實任何貨品於送貨前經已損壞,所有送抵貨品包裝均需完整保存,並確定貨品內之損毀非人為造成,顧客可於送貨後7個工作日內,以電郵通知 SALT de SUGAR,但必須待SALT de SUGAR 作出回覆及確認後,該項申報方為有效,而郵費將因應情況由顧客承擔。

如顧客的購貨單內並無選購的貨品誤送至該顧客,SALT de SUGAR 保留取回該貨品的權利。

SALT de SUGAR 不接受任何退款。於同一購貨單,SALT de SUGAR 只接受不多於一次的換貨服務。顧客在收到貨品後有任何不滿而要求退換,必須在收貨後七個工作日內與SALT de SUGAR 聯絡。 SALT de SUGAR 將保留最終決定權。

SALT de SUGAR will make our best effort to ensure products are delivered as per stated in the purchase order. In the event where the product was confirmed damage before the delivery process, and the damage is not intended, claims for exchange should be addressed to SALT de SUGAR within 7 working days with product package kept. Upon acknowledgement of receipt, SALT de SUGAR will arrange for exchange but the delivery charges will be in case borne by the customer.

In the event where product that is not listed on the purchase order is accidentally sent, SALT de SUGAR reserves the rights to retrieve the product.

No refund is accepted once purchase is made and only one exchange is allowed for each purchase order. In the event where you are not satisfied with the product, you have to contact SALT de SUGAR via email within 7 working days. SALT de SUGAR reserves the rights for all final decisions.
